English speaking staff, great hot spring and Onsen, rooms with view of Mt Myoko, large and luxurious, comfortable beds and linen, spotless clean rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the illuminations. The English-speaking staff were so helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hot spring facilities were fantastic, and the Shiseido toiletries in the room were a nice touch. I also loved the free shuttle bus and delicious breakfast options.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is located in a wonderful spot with stunning views of the mountains. the rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. the onsen facilities are fantastic and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. the friendly staff make check, in and check, out easy and efficient.

The prices for the on, site dining options seemed steep compared to other nearby hotels.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning! We could see the majestic mountains towering over the beautiful scenery. The staff spoke English, making communication comfortable and easy. The rooms were spacious, with large, comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's rest. The hotel's location was ideal, surrounded by lovely attractions, making it easy to venture out and explore.

The hotel could have been more kid-friendly as we would have appreciated it if children were allowed to play and make some noise. Unfortunately, the staff requested us to keep the noise level low at all times, which was not ideal for a family vacation.

there were limited options for dining nearby and it was necessary to travel some distance to reach the nearest restaurant.
